Home at Last
And in a new place, to boot!
I love travel. I am comfortable just about anywhere. So the last six months have suited me well. Apart from six weeks in Berlin to finish my B1 German course in November/December, I’ve been mostly away since September. Five weeks in Spain in the fall to hike 500+ kms of El Camino de Santiago, then school and the holidays, then off to London, Singapore, Saigon, a month on the Malabar coast of India from Mumbai to Trivandrum, another month back in Saigon, and then…another two-week sojourn in London!
And boy are my arms tired, bada-bing-bam!
Now I’m finally home in Berlin, and I won’t be traveling (much) for the rest of the year. Well, I guess it depends what you mean by “much.” Burning Man calls, of course, as does Italia, as does Paris, and Portugal, and there are probably a couple other places I’ll fit in before November, when I’ll be eyein…
